Purpose
Troubleshooting Steps
Issue 1: Why are material costs doubled?
Issue 2: Completion cost is calculated for the finished good when no Material Issues or Time Entry transactions are performed.
Issue 3: Sales/Inventory cost method of components set to 02 while the parent item is set to 07 causing integrity issues between the Cardex (F4111) and General Ledger (F0911) for IM journal entries. Sometimes doing material issues reversals or cost changes between transactions trigger larger material variances.
