Troubleshooting Steps
 Issue 1:  The Option field is not input capable in Approval Review (P43080), preventing you from approving or rejecting an order.
 Issue 2:  No Records Exist for an order in the Held Orders file (F4209).
 Issue 3:  Rejected orders are not re-entering the approvals process after being amended.
 Issue 4:  Need an intermediate step (activity rule) between order entry and the approval process.
 Issue 5:  No detail information displays in Orders Awaiting Approval (P43081) - Error 0200.
 Issue 6:  Orders rejected via option 2 from Approval Review (P43081) are moving to an approved status.
 Issue 7:  Receiving error JDE9999 (One or more errors occurred due to executing your job) after pressing F3 to exit from Order Entry (P4311).
 Issue 8:  Resolving error 2788 (delete not allowed) when attempting to remove an approver in Approval Level Revisions (P43008) or when attempting to delete an Approval Route.
 Issue 9: The Check Password screen (P00CKPWD) displays the verbiage 'Unknown Error Occurred" when attempting to approve an order.
 Issue 10: In P43080 Approval Review, attempt to approve order and the password screen does not come up as it should. Instead it goes to an error screen.
 Issue 11:  Receiving error 0280 - Status Invalid for this Order Type when attempting to approve an order for a new document type using the P43080 - Approval Review.
 Issue 12:  Receiving error '1838 - No Records Found' when inquiring on an order in P43080 Approval Review and pressing F8 to display the P43208 - Approval Status Summary window.
 Issue 13:  The order type is not defaulting as OR. It always shows OP in Approval Level Revisions P43008.
