Troubleshooting Steps
 Issue 1:  Why do results that were previously entered via Test Result Revisions (P3711) in order format do not display in the Test Results Workbench. (P37203)? 
 Issue 2: If  further test results are entered against other tests associated to an item in a second session, and if test fails, no record is written to the Nonconforming Product file (F3703).
 Issue 3: Test Results Revisions (P3711) returns the wrong test when using the order format within release A8.1.
 Issue 4: In A8.1 c2, the system is not updating blank test results with 'F' for failed.
 Issue 5:  In A9.1 is not allowed to enter the date and time that Test Results Entry (P3711) are entered, is this standard functionality?
 Issue 6: Can the V3701W-Test Specification Search information be translated into other language than our based language?
 Issue 7: How should new Samples added to Test Revisions (P3711), be sorted?
