Symptoms
The Upload Conversion program (P14110) validates for the existence of a subledger and subledger type for accounts that have a posting edit code of L (Subledger and Type are required for all transactions) and you have entered budget amounts to these accounts without specifying a subledger and subledger type.
Note: The Posting Edit Code value determines if and how users can enter and post transactions to the account.
Customers encounter this problem when upgrading from a release level prior to A7.3 c16 or A8.1 c6 and use the PC Budget Upload process to upload budgets for accounts that have L as the value of Posting Edit Code (PEC), which requires a subledger and subledger type.
