 Issue 1:  Components of a phantom item not attaching to the work order parts list (F3111)
 Issue 2: Attaching a parts list interactively causes all items on the parts list to display as Closed
 Issue 3: Hard/Soft Commitment field (WMCOMM) located in the Work Order Parts List (F3111) is populated with an 'N'
 Issue 4:  Manual changes to work order parts list are lost and disappear
 Issue 5:  Quantities still populating in Quantity Backordered (WMSOBK) of the Parts List (F3111) when Branch/Plant Constants set to disallow backorders
 Issue 6:  When an item is over issued, Quantity Committed (WMQNTA) in Work Order Parts List (F3111) not including amount of items over issued
 Issue 7:  Supply and Demand (P4021) showing false component demand
 Issue 8: What causes an item to go on Backorder in the Parts List (F3111) file, field WMSOBK, when Summary Availability (P41202) states that Available inventory exists?
 Error Messages
 Error 0001: Action Invalid when attaching parts list or routing
 Error 0007:  Record In Use, Unable To Add Item To Work Order Parts List
 IBM Error Messages
 IBM Error CPA5305: Record Not Added. Member F3111 is full
