|Issue 1: When Parts List is attached by P31410 the quantity is not reduced by negative scrap value from BOM (P3002)|
|Issue 2: The Net Change Flag in the Item Branch record (F4102) is not updated with a value of 1 for components, when a Parts List created with Order Processing (P31410)|
