Troubleshooting Steps
 Issue 1:  When Parts List is attached by P31410 the quantity is not reduced by negative scrap value from BOM (P3002)
 Issue 2:  The Net Change Flag in the Item Branch record (F4102) is not updated with a value of 1 for components, when a Parts List created with Order Processing (P31410)
 Issue 3:  Items do not Preflush when Order Processing (P31410) is run.
 Issue 4:  When the processing option print Sales Order Text lines is set to a 1 for P31410 will print the text for all lines from sales order regardless of item number or work order number.
 Issue 5:  Error 1285 - Copy BOM Failed appears on the R31410 exception report
 Issue 6:  Order Processing program (P31410) is generating MCH3401 Cannot resolve to X3197 error
 Issue 7:  Component Shortage Report (P31418) appears to only use available inventory in the location committed to a backflush work center location.
 Issue 8:  Routing start date and header start date do not match the start date on the first operation of the Routing (F3112)
 Issue 9:  When trying to print a Work Order Parts List and/or Routing using Order Processing (P31410), error JDE0025 generates.
