WS: EDD: FTP/SFTP Request Not Processed (Doc ID 1624776.1)

When attempting to use a delivery method of FTP, with an Interactive Export Program, the following error occurs when using the EDD Email/Print Client:

378E Warning - FTP/SFTP Request Not Processed
JDE0524 Export File Was Sent, But With Errors
The Export file was not sent.  (JDE0524)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to G0911 Option 15 or any Interactive Export Program referenced in UDC 00/IE
2. Inquire on an Account
3. F23 Interactive Export Parameters
4. Enter file name with extension, e.g P09200.csv
5. [Enter]
6. Modify Distribution section of screen by adding an EDD Distribution Profile with FTP Server setup.
7. F6 to run and EDD Email/Print Client screen will appear.

Due to this issue, users cannot send reports to the FTP server via Interactive Export Programs.
