WS: EDD: No Default Burst Emails Sent when Using EDD to Burst a BI Published Report Using World APIs (P3/P4 Bug) (Doc ID 1670995.1)

Symptoms

Do not receive an email for F01018 records that are not processed due to missing emails when using Default Burst Address from the EDD Configuration screen.
The expected behavior is that reports that are not delivered via EDD burst due to a missing email address in the F01018 will be delivered to the Default Burst Address.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change Dream Writer Version and Spooled File Export Parms to reflect Burst Application Flag ...1 (World Burst)
2. Setup F01018 with incorrect email address
3. Run Bursting

Due to this issue, users cannot use World burst for a fall back on bad email records in the F01018.
