Symptoms

After upgrading to the A9.3 release from the A7.3 release, transactions do not display in the Item Ledger / Cardex (P4111). When inquiring on an item in V4111, transactions do not display and the program returns the following errors:

Error 2162 - No records found for search criteria
Error 3021 - Transaction UOM not set up
