Symptoms

When using the F9 exit to Name Search (P01200), from within the Cash Receipts program (P03103) in A/R, the address book number of the customer is not returned to the cash receipts screen, only the name of the customer is returned and an error-0200, "No Detail Information Exists" is displayed.
