This document provides some guidelines and examples on how to set up the xdodelivery.cfg to print reports to a printer using Electronic Document Delivery (EDD). Please note that not all printer connections are successful due to the wide variety of printer manufactures, models and protocols. Oracle/JD Edwards World does not support printer configuration and does not certify any particular printer with EDD. Most customers can make a direct connection when requirements such as IPP are met. Document types such as pdf's may not print with certain printers even when able to print a txt. Please contact your printer vendor and IT team to identify the printer URI and to confirm proper configuration of the printer. Please see printer requirements below.
