 Software and Release Information
Question 1:  What release(s) will have the Affordable Health Care Act functionality related to reporting (returns)?
Question 2:  When will the software update for the IRS reporting be available?
Question 3:  When can we expect all the changes required for 1095's to appear?
Question 4:  As a company if you have HCM, do you have to down load an ESU into our DV/PY environments for E1?
Question 5: Did I hear you correctly yesterday during the WUG meeting that we have to be on A9.3.1.3 to use this ACA function?
Question 6: Will 1095-C Print and Electronic filing be supported in A9.2.1?
Question 7: Seems to be a lot of setup and verification yet the release isn’t scheduled until November.  Can we expect this in early November?
Question 8: What are the chances that the release will be delayed again?
Question 9: Please provide best doc for World screens.
Question 10: Special Instruction for ESU JM18743 says to run R8908116, but doesn't say what to supply in the date parameter on the processing options.   What will this date do, and what do I use?  What date is that supposed to be?   What will happen depending on the date entered?
 Data Requirements/Importing Data
Question 1: If a client is planning a mid-year implementation of JDE, what is the best approach to pay history conversion and HR history? The current thought was to only convert a year-to-date number into the pay history tables, including F0618 and F0719. In addition, no history was planned on being brought over into the F08042. Do you have any recommendations?
Question 2: In past webinars, it was mentioned employers will be able to import dependent data. Is this available?
Question 3: I did not see any of the dependent information.  What is the plan of JDE to load the dependent information for the ACA report for client that does not use the Benefit System?
Question 4: Which table is used to extract the dependent information for form 1095 C?
Question 5: I heard that dependent data can be imported but I also heard if an individual is not set up in JDE previously, they would at least need an Address Book record.  Will we need to set up an Address Book record for all of our dependents that our Plan Administrator sends us?
Question 6: Is there a published layout of the F08120?
Question 7: Can you confirm if the dependent info comes from F08120?  It isn't from F08336?  When you discussed import, you're referring to importing to F08336 table?
Question 8:  Attempting to import dependents into the F08120 on existing employees and get error 188T-Employee Not Self-Insured even though the employee is flagged as self insured in the F08119.  What is missing that would caused this error?
Question 9: Are hours a requirement for creating 1095Cs?
 Miscellaneous
Question 1: Do you know if public sector is also required to provide these forms/insurance?  Or is it for any entity with over 50 employees?
Question 2:  What role does the payroll monitor play in all this reporting?
Question 3:  Will the TOI's also cover World process differences?
Question 4:  A “G08” menu was referenced during the presentation.  Do you need to be licensed for the Human Resources module to use the JDE ACA functionality or will it work if you are only licensed for US Payroll?
Question 5:  Are there any updates required on the Vertex side also to handle Affordable Care Act?
