WS: 42: P4211 Sales Order Kit Component Item & Number Changed/Replaced After Change To Branch Plant (Doc ID 2053654.1)

In World A9.3.1 for a sales order containing a kit item, when the branch plant number on the header and detail lines is changed from the original branch to a new branch, saved and then changed back to the original branch plant number, the first kit component (line 1.010) is no longer showing and is replaced by a duplicate of the 2nd kit component item (line 1.020) resulting in the order having line 1.000 (parent), line 1.020 (component 2) & line 1.020 (component 2). Line 1.010 no longer exists.  (This only occurs in an environment where DSPFD F4211, Reuse deleted records: REUSEDLT = *YES.)
