Applies to:

JD Edwards World Sales Order Management - Version A9.3 cume 1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

For release A9.3.1.1, a sales order is entered via P4211 Sales Order Entry for nonstock items that exist in the item master with prices and future dates. The sales order order amount (OTOT) shows as blank because the lines are dated in the future.

If one of the lines is cancelled, the OTOT shows as negative for the exact amount of the cancelled line.

line 1.000 = 10.00
line 2.000 = 20.00
line 3.000 = 30.00
OTOT = blank as today's date is 10/16/15 and order date and detail line dates are 12/1/16
cancel line 2.000
The OTOT = shows as -20.00
