Symptoms
When migrating from World to E1, the below migration program needs to be run for the F43199 - P.O. Detail Ledger File.
The P.O. Ledger Duplicate Clean Program (P43199MG) is not processing records and/or, reports duplicate records in the P.O. Detail Ledger File (F43199). The error generated is 686L - Duplicate Record not allowed.
This applies to World Releases A9.2, A9.2.1, A9.3 and A9.3.1 base environments for World to E1 migration.
