WS:07: Auto Deposit Not Getting Created In Print Check Process (Doc ID 2094667.1)

Symptoms

Release: World A93.1.3
Actual Behavior: Recently upgrade to from A93.1.3 to A93.1.3. This is the first payroll run since the upgrade. When running the check step, the auto deposits advice slip are not getting created. In other word, after entering the auto deposit number system advance to the P06230-8 video to show how many auto deposit will be create. This video is blank for the number of auto deposits created.
Steps to produce:
1. Upgrade form lower release to A93.1.3
2. From menu G0713 take the pre-payroll option (P06210) and run it.
3. From the same menu, take print paycheck option (P062301)
4. When system get to video 06230-8 for auto deposit, this screen currently display no value.

Business impact: Unable to process direct deposit for employees.
