Purpose
Automatic Accounting Instructions (AAIs) are set up on the Fixed Asset System Setup menu, G1241. Fixed Asset AAIs must be set up before asset master records are added or any other fixed asset transactions are processed. This document discusses each fixed asset AAI and the correct setup.
Scope
This document is intended for managers, functional users, and those responsible for setup of the Fixed Assets system.
