Symptoms

Error: "Data at the root level is invalid. Line 2, position 1" when selecting to Load XML data with BI Publisher Desktop or "BIProcessor: Process failed com.jdedwards.world.a.a: Error processing BIP Template" when processing ACA template through EDD.
