Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Cycle Count Entry - P4141 is updating/changing the expiration date of an existing lot record for an item when during count entry a count is added for a new location where the item was found. During the count entry, the item, lot number, new location and a new expiration date are entered. Following count entry, the new item/lot/location record is added and has the expiration date that was entered for the item (or calculated using shelf life days). However, the existing item/lot/location record that was selected for count is also, incorrectly updated with the new expiration date.
