System errors in Work Order Issues when attempting to select a different issuing location via P42053-multi-location window. The system does add the new location lines in the issues screen, however, once enter is pressed, it gives hard error 162R Warning Quantity Remaining, even if the new issues will be done to a new line and location.

162R-Warning Quantity remaining

CAUSE . . . .    Trying to change a location or B/P with material issues transacted (TRQT) and units pending for manufacturing accounting  (CTS1) in the Work Order file.     
RESOLUTION  . To change a location for a line with units issued and pending unaccounted units you will need to:                              
                       1.Reverse and account all the units issued to the original location before making the change  OR                          
                       2.Add a new line/location for the item in the Work Order Parts  list.
