Symptoms

When executing a program that creates a dataq, such as J01BDWRD - Build Search Word File, the system does not create the data queue and produces a joblog with the message: JDE-ERROR: No Default Secured Object was Found for OBJTYPE(*DTAQ).  The joblog also references object X98SECOBJ.
