WS: 43: WS: 00A: P00A12 SQL0012 Error - Correlation without Qualification Occurred for Column AVAN8 to Table F00A13 (Doc ID 2158117.1)

Upon accessing Approvals Workbench (P00A12) in World A9.4, there is a system delay and informational error SQL0012 - Correlation without qualification occurred for column AVAN8 to table F00A13 is generated.

The severity of the error is a 10 and eventually the screen does display.  However, a number of cursor errors generate, such as:

Cursor CSR00A11_3 not open.
Cursor CSR00A11_1 not open

To see these behind the scenes errors follow these steps:
1. Go to menu G00A and select menu option 3.
2. Input inhibited will display for a period of time. Interrupt the job (shift/esc) and select option 10 from Display Job. Enter selection 10. Press F10 and page up. The SQL0012 will display.
3. In addition, error SQL0501 Cursor CSR00A11_3 not open generates as well in the interactive job log. To see this error, press F1 in Display Job.
