WS:12: P12855 Asset Life Days Element 13 Calculated Incorrectly

When calculating depreciation by day (apportionment code = A) using the formula (10/13) * 16, the calculation is incorrect, because the element 13 (asset life days), gets off by 1 day for the following scenarios

1) asset with 24 months life month. And no leap year in between

2) asset with 60 months life month. And 2 leap year in between
