In A9.3.1 when a work order routing (P3112) contains an outside operation sequence step, the operation sequence numbers that are lower than the outside operation routing step, no longer back schedule. The lower operation sequence steps contain the same start and requested dates as the outside operation sequence number.

This occurs with both batch and interactive attachment. Back scheduling takes place when the standard routing is attached to the work order header using Order Processing (P31410) and when using interactive attachment (P48013/P3112).
