In A9.2 when making changes to the unit of measure (UOM) information of an item via the P41002 - Item Units of Measure, the F41002 audit fields are updated for ALL of the records displayed rather than only the record actually added or changed. This occurs when using a C (Change) or A (Add) action code.
When making changes or additions to the Item Units of Measure (P41002 / F41002), the F41002 ‘audit fields’ - (i.e. UMUSER, UMPID, UMJOBN, UMUPMJ, UMTDAY) are updated for all of the records for this item; (all UOM records showing in the P41002 video). The expectation is that the F41002 information should only be updated for records that are actually changed or added. Existing records that are untouched by this update in the P41002 video should not see any update to the F41002 information including the audit fields.
