WS:07: Adding New Employee and Employee Multiple Job did not Update with Employee Primary Business Unit, Job Type Or Job Step (Doc ID 2207082.1)

System: World A9.3.1
actual behavior: When adding new hire thru P060101-employee entry or P0801-HR employee entry, the employee primary job, job type and step is not updated in the employee multiple job area (060118). This issue occur after SU A934842837-A9.3.1.3 HCM UPDATES 10/2016 was installed. Since there is no primary job is added in the employee multiple job file, can't enter timecard for employee, got error on time entry (P061121)no primary job record for work date and business unit is invalid.
Step to reproduce:
1. From menu G0711 take option 2 for P060101
2. Add a brand new employee
3. From menu G0711 take option 9 to exit to employee multiple job entry (060118). Notice no primary job and/or job type and step even through the F060116 have it.
4. From menu G0712 take option 2 to exit to P061121.
5. Enter timecard for employee from step 2 above. error 002M-No primary job record for work date will presented.

workaround: Manually add the employee primary job (or business unit) as well as job type and step thru employee multiple job file (P060118)
