Symptoms

The Data Description Specifications (DDS) of Double Byte display files where fields are defined as type A (Alphanumeric) do not allow input of Chinese characters.
Field VR01 in Video V01053 is only one example however fields such as Customer alpha name, Mailing name, Address, Delivery Instructions, Item
alternative description are defined as alphanumeric.
