WS: 03: Process Batch Receipts Uses Incorrect Exchange Rate to Calculate Unapplied Receipt Domestic Amount in Overpayment Scenario (P03550) (Doc ID 2220657.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 01, 2019

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Using Batch Receipt Processing (P03550), when creating a receipt in the F0312 where the first receipt is a straight match and the second receipt is overpaying the amount of the invoice, the system uses the manufactured rate from the invoice rather than the exchange rate that is from the exchange rate table, resulting in an incorrectly calculated domestic amount for the RU document. This is happening for receipts where the domestic side is USD (2 decimals) and the foreign side is JPY (zero decimals).
