WS: 41: Sign of Quantity in Inventory Reclassifications is Wrong (Doc ID 2235369.1)

1.Add a FROM line and a TO line using reclassification(P4116).
After date warning; Date is in a Future Month (PACO) is issued, update
From/To flag (FRTO). Replace F with T and T with F. And create the
transaction. Inquire it. Quantity of TO line has negative sign.

2.Add 3 FROM lines and a TO line using reclassification (P4116).
After GL date warning; Date is in a Future Month (PACO) is issued, change
quantity of 2nd FROM line. Populate positive quantity. At this time,
quantities of 1st and 3rd FROM lines have negative signs. Then add the IT
transaction. The negative sign of only 3rd FROM line is cleared unnecessary.
Change quantity of a FROM line after negative signs are added to quantity of
all FROM lines by the system. Then negative signs of all FROM lines that are
below the FROM line updated quantity are removed in the added IT transaction.
