In A9.3.1 multi-decimal, there is a landed cost rounding issue in P47071. The problem occurs when a Unit of Measure (UOM) conversion is required. In this example the landed cost and Primary UOM are in tons (TN) and the pricing and Purchasing UOM is pounds (LB).

The landed cost amount calculated and written to the General Ledger (G/L) based on Distribution & Manufacturing Automatic Accounting Instructions (DMAAI's) 4385 & 4390 differ for the exact same transaction received via P4312 vs P47071. The landed cost amounts seen after receipt using P4312 are correct, where those seen after receipt using P47071 are incorrect.

(This issue occurs in a multi-decimal environment but issue also exists in standard decimal environment.)
