WS: 42: Price Adjustments Do Not Appear After Changing the Quantity or Unit Cost for an Existing Direct Ship Order in P4243 in Release A9.3.1 (Doc ID 2243749.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 22, 2019

Applies to:

JD Edwards World Sales Order Management - Version A9.3 cume 1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When you change the quantity or unit cost on an existing direct ship order in P4243, the program generates error 0252 (Extended Price Invalid) on the price and/or cost. After pressing enter, the cost is recalculated. You must clear the value in the Extended Price field for the system to recalculate. Afterwards, any price adjustments attached to the sales order no longer display in the Price Adjustment History window (V4074W). This is because the Price Override flag (SDPROV) has been set on in the F4211 and the Price History flag (SDSO09) has been cleared. The price adjustment records in the F4074 for the original adjustments remain intact.
