Goal
When using the Address Book Revisions program (P01051), option F13 will take the user to the Address Book Control Revisions screen (P010513). On this screen, the Tax ID field is present, and often this field will contain sensitive information - for example an SSN. Processing option #1 - Screen Defaults - for P010513 allows for the suppression of the Tax ID field on the P010513 video, which works well if all users do not or should not have a need to be able to view Tax ID information. But often there will be certain groups of users who should or should not be able to view this information. This document explores what options are available to suppress the Tax ID field on the Address Book Control Revisions Screen from just some users.
