Troubleshooting Steps
 Most Common Problems with Preference Profiles (Setup)
 1) The Preference Hierarchy setup (P40073) does not match the address/item setup in Preference Revisions (P40300).
 2) The Preference Processor (P40400) is not set up and/or assigned properly.
 3) The preference is not active, or the dates and/or quantities do not correspond to those pertinent to the sales order lines.
 4) Fields designated with carats in V40300 contain values that don't correspond to the sales order lines.
 Other Issues
 Issue 1: Print Messages assigned via the Print Message preference profile do not default to sales orders.
 Issue 2: The preference profile type (e.g., inventory commitment, print message, etc.) is not available for invocation per the processing option for P40400.
 Issue 3: Preferences do not default to Price Adjustment Lines created at Order Entry (P4211).
