STAR accumulates life months when two F1202 asset cost records with the same account ID exist for an asset.

Scenario 1: Same AID; blank subledger record without cost and non-blank subledger record with cost.

Scenario 2: Same AID; blank subledger record with cost, and non-blank subledger record with cost.

For example, STAR reports 120 life months for an asset that has depreciation information of AA/01/60/ /I.
