WS: 41: Inventory Transfer Transaction (P4113) Increases Quantity at FROM Location in A9.4 Release (Doc ID 2322851.1)

Symptoms

When a user encounters a record lock (error 2358) while attempting to transfer items from one location to another using the Inventory Transfer program (P4113), the system incorrectly increases on-hand quantity at the From Location per Summary Availability (P41202). As well, an item ledger record is created to reflect the increased quantity at the FROM Location.

There are three F4111 records created in total:

1. The first decreases quantity at the FROM location
2. The second increases quantity at the FROM location.
3. The third increases quantity at the FROM location again.

The third record should not exist.
