WS: 45: Category Code Values for Price Adjustments in P4072 are not Edited Properly Against the Corresponding UDC Table in Release A9.3.1 (Doc ID 2400804.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 22, 2019

Applies to:

JD Edwards World Advanced Pricing - Version A9.3 cume 1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When creating new price adjustment detail records in P4072 for a price adjustment that requires a category code value, P4072 only edits the first three characters you type in the category code field against the corresponding UDC table. For example, if BAG is a valid UDC value, you can enter BAGXXX in the Category Code field and the program will accept the invalid value in lieu of generating hard error 0027 to indicate the value does not exist in the UDC table.
