WS: AUDIT: Unable to Delete File at *Active Status in DBAM Workbench - Error 568A - File Error Encountered (Doc ID 2433924.1)

Symptoms

You are following the instructions in knowledge document WS: 31: Work Order Ledger P48019 (Doc ID 1279122.1) to set up audit for F4801.

In Audit Manager Workbench (P98200) on menu G946, F4801 already exists at *ACTIVE status.  The setup points to incorrect libraries and you are unable to make the needed changes.

When using option 5 (TrgOff) to turn triggers off so that the file can be deleted, the following message is returned:

568A - File Error Encountered
Cause. . . . . The file cannot be allocated or you do not have the required
authority to perform this action.

Changes

 Libraries were saved and restored from a prior company when the business changed hands. A new production environment was created.
