Goal

Washington state now have new tax call Paid Family Leave for both employee and employer portion starting January 01, 2019.  Is there a fix from JDE for world PTQ EI version to get this new Washington Paid Family Leave (employee and employer portion) tax to calculate starting January 01, 2019 (1st payroll in 2019) or will it come straight from Vertex 4.2.8?
