WS: INST: Upgrade to A9.4 and Sec Admin User Not Able to Use Action Code Options (Doc ID 2465575.1)

Upgrade to A9.4 (in this scenario, from A9.2).

The Sec Admin user indicated in the OUI (Oracle Universal Installer) is unable to perform an Action Code activity (e.g. inquire, add, change). The Sec Admin user was not in the F0092 file (Library Lists - User) in the SEC type library prior to the plan (as it should not be).  Action Code Security was automatically set up for the Sec Admin user during the plan.


Upgrade to JD Edwards World release A9.4.
