WS: 47: The P47030 Abends/Errors when Inquiring on an Outbound 856 when the Sold To Number Is Entered

On : A9.3.1 version, Electronic Commerce (EDI) - Distribution the p47030 is abending when inquiring on an outbound 856 and the sold to number is entered.
P47030 - Status Inquiry generates error message 'The call to program QCMDEXC ended in error (C G S D F).' when attempting to inquire using Sold To number in the program header. RPG formatted dump shows error CPF9899.
STEPS to produce error:
1. Create a Sales Order:
2. Then ship confirm adding a container number in header field:
3. Then run the P47032 to populate the EDI files and create an EDOC number. (See attached .txt file for settings)
4. Go to Menu G47225, Option 15. Status Inquiry. Enter the Sold To number, Inquire......
5. Press Enter and you are returned to the menu, and the error message `One or more errors occurred during execution of your job J47030'. Check lower is displayed at the bottom of the screen......
