Symptoms

System: World A9.3.1.3
Actual behavior: After the SU A939589407 is installed to get the new tax 38/G1 to calculated. Testing it and notice 38/G1 is now calculated but incorrectly. If employee have 401K pretax deduction, system appeared to be subtracting the 401K pretax deduction twice from tax 38/G1 thus understated the taxable gross.  Furthermore, the tax amount is incorrect due to the taxable incorrect.
