WS: 07: WA Paid Family Leave is Not Including Taxable Benefit DBAs in Gross Pay (Doc ID 2587608.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 24, 2019

Applies to:

JD Edwards World U.S. Payroll Processing - Version A9.3 cume 1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Washington Paid Family Leave (WA PFL) tax types G2 and H2 are currently calculating the taxable gross and tax amounts incorrectly.  System appears to only take pay types into consideration and not taxable benefit DBAs. For example, you have stock and car allowance benefit DBAs that are taxable for tax types G2/H2. However, when an interim is entered and/or payroll is run, the system currently does not include these taxable benefits into the total taxable gross for tax types G2 and H2.
