Symptoms

The ‘Build Grade Progression Work Group’ program (P082005) assumes that the hourly rate (data item PHRT) is setup with 3 display decimals in the data dictionary. When building a work group, and PHRT is set up in Data Dictionary with 4 display decimals, the new hourly rate only calculates to 3 display decimals.
