Symptoms

Specific Q (Work Order Component) Rules have been defined as unconditional rules within the Assembly Inclusion Rules (P3293) for a configured item. This means that no conditions need to be met in order for the Q Rules to attach to the work order parts list.  However, when running Order Processing (P31410) to attach the Q Rules, no Q Rules are attaching. However, the Work Order Status does update.
