Goal
Would like two enhancements to the 2020 W4 application:
1. Two new fields: date updated (UPMJ) and by whom (USER) added to the F06017A
2. Currently, the initial entry into the P060120A (F5 from the tax withholding and override, P060120) has the action code of A-add. Is it possible to have an inquire (either I or 4) on the initial entry, regardless if the employee has the new W-4 form or not?
