WS: 42: Override Direct Ship Price Lines Clears Unit List Price (LPRC) F4211 Field For The First Line (P4243) (Doc ID 2653367.1)

Last updated on APRIL 10, 2020

Applies to:

JD Edwards World Sales Order Management - Version A7.3 cume 9 to A7.3 cume 11 [Release A7.3]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When a Direct Ship (P4243) order is created with 2 detail lines or more, and the user overrides the unit list on both lines, the program is zeroing the Unit List Price (LPRC) field for the first line and in the second line records the value of the first line instead. If the order has more lines, the value for the second line is then recorded on the third line and so on.

Steps to reproduce this symptom are as follows:
1.    In P4243 enter a multiple line Direct Ship Order and override the unit prices in each line.
2.    Accept the order and re-inquire on the order details (F4211)
3.    Confirm that the Unit List Price field is zero on the first line and the other lines show the incorrect list prices.
