Oracle is closely monitoring the new legislative requirements outlined in the Families First Coronavirus Response Act and has resources positioned to implement this new legislation. Requirements, after evaluation, may necessitate either configuration changes or software changes. Once we receive clear direction, we will evaluate requirements on a case by case basis.

• Our JD Edwards HCM COVID-19 responses will be posted in this document. This will serve as the primary communication tool to ensure you have the most up-to-date information regarding system updates that may be necessary.
• We will continue to closely monitor the situation and evaluate ways we can support you in complying with directives that may impact the payroll process. If you hear of local legislation we should be made aware of, please contact Support.
• Any announced legislation will receive the highest priority consideration. We will review and post Position Statements on all legislation that we believe affects our products. ESU’s will be delivered as soon as available.
