WS: 07: Not All Deductions Taken in Low Pay Situation During Payroll Processing P06210 (Doc ID 2655844.1)

Employee is hourly employee with a number of deductions assigned that are all Voluntary (Effect on Disposable Wage = 1) with Arrearage Method P. Employee is in low pay situation with not enough pay to cover all deductions. The system leaves the employee with positive Net Pay even though all deductions are not taken.


1.  Add several deductions to an employee through Employee DBA Instructions, P060181.

2.  Enter a timecard with low pay (enter a few hours only) in Time Entry, P061121.

3.  Process pre-payroll, P06210 and review the Payroll Register (P063012).

4.  Confirm the deductions were not reduced correctly to leave a zero net pay for the low pay situation.
