Symptoms

NEW YORK TNY033 CREATE 1E RECORD FOR EACH EMPLOYEE

There are 4 separate issues:

1. A 1E record is created for each employee instead of one 1E record per company.

2. There is more than one 1W created for each employee. The system should only create one 1W record for each employee for each company. In other words, the system would only produce multiple 1W records if the employee works for more than one company.

3. If there are local taxes for Bronx/Manhantan (330812010/331193230) for tax type M in the F06136, the random employee doesn't get included in the TNY033.

4. Federal wages (position 60-73) and State income and local tax positions 75-88 were incorrect for all employees in the file due to the missing employee in the file.   In other words, the Federal wage positions 60-73 and tax positions 75-88 are for the next employee that is currently missing in the file TNY033.  This affects the whole file, TNY033.
