Symptoms

We have discovered that when creating outside operation purchase orders via Order Processing (P31410), the purchase order is populating with the primary location of 1.11.11.11 When the same work order attaches the routing using Interactive Attachment (F8/F10/F10/Add), the purchase order for the outside operation item(s) displays a blank in the location field.
